Q. Has my item been sent i didn't receive a confirmation email?
A. If 48 hours has passed on working days then yes your order has been sent! We don't send confirmation emails usually to help preserve our customers confidentiality.
Q. How can i order?
A. Simply Click "Add to Cart" on the product you are interested in purchasing and either pay immediately or return to the shop and add more items. When you are ready to pay you can do so by clicking "Cart" at the top right side of the page and pay via PayPal!
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. For UK based orders: We usually aim for 3-4 day delivery but there are often delays in the Royal Mail which can lead to longer waiting times. After 14 days have passed without an item we can consider a refund/replacement item.
Q. Have you dispatched my order?
A. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours on working days. This means if you order on Monday your item will be dispatched Wednesday at the latest. If you order Friday, your item may not be dispatched till Monday. Even if you do not receive a message stating so, your item will have been dispatched after 48 hours on a working day!
Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. We ship to the UK only.
